Our yogurt is made from our healthy cows’ milk. It does not contain any antibiotics, pesticide residue, genetically modified organism (GMO) and hormone. It is milked by fully automated milking system, and milk is transferred to cooling tanks to prevent bacterial reproduction in raw milk. It is fermented under 43⁰C and filled into bowls in the same day it is milked and then pasteurized.

1kg of Elta-Ada organic yogurt is made from 1.4 liter of milk, and it does not contain preservative, stabilizer and any kind of additives.
