Pasteurized Organic Jersey Milk

Jersey race cow milk is the highest quality milk in the world in terms of calcium, protein and fat contents. In comparison to ordinary cow milk, jersey milk contains 15% more protein, 18% more calcium, and 10% more phosphor. It is bottled in the same day it is milked, without wasting time, after being pasteurized under 75°C for 15 minutes. For this reason, the milk does not lose any nutritional value and taste.
