Goat milk is more digestible in comparison to other milks. It contains more calcium and protein. Besides it is less allergic. It is milked from our healthy goats continuously pasturing on the grassland of Elta-Ada farm. It doesn’t contain any antibiotics, pesticide residue, genetically modified organism (GMO) and hormone. The milking for our goats is processed by fully automatic system, which automatically transfer the milk to cooling tanks so that bacterial reproduction in raw milk is prevented. The milk is bottled within the same day it is milked after being pasteurized under 75°C for 15 minutes. For the reason, our goat milk doesn’t lose its nutritional value and taste.
