Cottage cheese is a creamy white, mild, fresh cheese with a soft sweet flavor. It is known as ricotta in the world.  To produce 30kg of our whey cheese, 100 liters of organic milk is added to 1000 liters of whey left behind in the making white cheese and kashkaval cheese.
